Stop Your F#cking Whining and Do the Damn Thing

goodlife guide

By Kevin Jiggets

Inevitably, within every life, there will be times when you get knocked on your ass. It’s a fact and the sooner you accept it, the sooner you’ll get off that newly bruised butt, stop the whining and complaining, and deal with it.

It is not my intent to offend anyone, it is my intent to inspire and motivate. And if you are offended, I really don’t give a shit. My Marine Corps background has taught me that total sensitivity and lack of discipline gets people killed. So, if you’re reading this introduction while browsing the self-help section of your favorite bookstore or your favorite electronic device, you might discover that this book ain’t for you, (due to my use of graphic words and phrasings). It’s not that I don’t have access to other words that might express another thought, it’s just that I believe some people require an in your face approach, or rather a boot-camp style approach with out ever going. I’ll use language that some might consider offensive and blunt as I feel that a well-placed curse word can make all the difference. I’ll, tell of true-life experiences that will frighten many. It is my hope that the use of specific language, bluntness, and story telling, coupled with practical suggestions and advice, might trigger someone to greatness. There are tons of self-help/self-development books on the market. They’re above and below, to the left and right, of this one. Most of these books are well written, and are only effective insomuch as the readers understanding and application of the principles. So take a moment and consider another book if this less-than-delicate no user friendly approach ain’t for you.
Now, on the other hand, if you’ve read some of the others and are starving for another perspective, there might be something within these pages for you.

You have entered the “No F#cking Whining Zone.”
